FAYETTEVILLE - Sonia Counts Herndon, 53, passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her father Jack Counts and mother Madeline Counts.

She is survived by her son, Vernon Wayne Williford II and wife Casey; brothers, Nigel Counts and wife Susan and Lindsey Counts; sister, Tammy Counts; and grandchildren, Maddox And Tanner Williford.

There will be a memorial service on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home, 545 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville.
