SSG Robert Lee Francis, 44, of Ft. Leonard Wood, MO, died Friday, December 7, 2018.

Robert served 14 years in the Army in the Chemical Corps and Military Police. He earned. 1 Army Commendation Medal, 6 Army Achievement Medals, 5 Army Good Conduct Medals, and one Iraqi Campaign Medal.

In his free time he enjoyed Karate and DJ'ing and was also a member of West Side Baptist Church.

A  Graveside service will be held Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 10 A.M. with the rendering of full military honors. The family will receive friends both Thursday and Friday evening from 6-8 P.M. at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home.

He is predeceased by his brother, JeremyJulien

He is survived by his wife of 12 1/2 years, Lavinia; sons, Jeremy and Robert; daughters, Tiana and Mary; sisters, Cindy and Latoya; brothers, Kareem, Quentin, and Jermaine; parents, Johnnie and Robert; stepfather Christopher Julien.
