SSGT Alexander Paul Dalida , 32, of Sanford, North Carolina, died 14 September 2017 at Fort Bragg, NC

Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Friend, Comrade and Soldier, this was his life and legacy. Living his dream with his Family and Profession, Alex achieved a level of happiness and contentment that he proudly shared with all who he touched. He found great fulfillment and delight in nurturing and providing guidance to his family, friends and fellow soldiers as these were always the primary focus of his mind and actions.

Taken only 32 years into life while completing his preparation for Special Forces assignment at Fort Bragg, NC, he is profoundly missed by all who know Alex.

Survived by wife, Rebecca Dalida, daughters Jayla, Brooklyn, Aubrianna, and Natalia, all of Sanford, NC, parents, Paul and Dianna Dalida (Tottle) of Dunstable, MA and sister, Cassandra Dalida of Fitchburg, MA.

Special Forces Military Commemoration Ceremony to be held at John F. Kennedy Memorial Chapel on Fort Bragg on 26 September 2017 at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home on Tuesday, 26 September 2017 from 1:30 pm until 2:45 pm with a service following in the chapel at 3:00 pm.

Burial at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington VA will take place on Tuesday, October 25, 2017 at 3 PM.
