Stacy Verdery MacFadden, Jr. of Hope Mills, passed away Friday, April 27, 2012, in his home surrounded by family & friends. The family will receive friends Monday, April 30, 2012, from 7pm to 9pm at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home. The funeral will be held Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at 2pm in Hillside Baptist Church. The burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street. He is survived by his wife, Emily Barnes MacFadden of the home; son Stacy V. MacFadden III and wife Lynette of Eastover, NC; daughter, Kaye MacFadden Wheeler and husband Stephen of Hope Mills; 5 Grandchildren, Christopher Wheeler, Brent Wheeler, Trenton MacFadden, Chase MacFadden & Noni MacFadden.
