Mr. Steven Carlyle Williams, 76, of Fayetteville, NC, died Thursday, July 6, 2023, at Whispering Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Fayetteville.

Steven was born March 26, 1947, in Cumberland County, NC, to the late Gordon Carlyle Williams and Virginia Azelene Faircloth Williams.  He was a Veteran of the US Navy and was an accountant with Kelly-Springfield Tire/Goodyear.

Steven is survived by his wife, Gerri N. Williams of the home; his three children, Amy and Joe Ciccio of Gladstone, MO, Jeff and Terri McDowell of Youngsville, NC; and Kevin and Candi McDowell of Raleigh, NC; sister and brother-in-law, Joan and Gerald McLaurin of Wade, NC; brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Jackie Williams of Fayetteville, NC, and five grandchildren, Luke, Ava, Haley, Quin, and Cullen.

The family will receive friends Monday, July 10, 2023, from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home.  A graveside service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. at Lafayette Memorial Park, 2301 Ramsey St., Fayetteville, NC 28301.
