Fayetteville, N.C. Terry Mitchell "Mickey" Blair, 62 of Fayetteville passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2012. Mickey was a faithful member of Hope Mills Pentecostal Holiness Church where he served as an usher. He was a retired employee with the North Carolina Department of Transportation. The family will receive friends at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home on Thursday, December 20, 2012 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 21, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in Jernigan-Warren Chapel with the Rev. Elton Bryan officiating. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey St. Mickey is survived by his mother Dorothy B. Andrews of Fayetteville, brother Larry Fields Blair and wife Kay of Fayetteville, sisters Marcia Munz and husband Wayne of Fayetteville and Mary Ann Roberts and husband Billy of Calabash, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father William C. Andrews and a brother Gray Blair. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hope Mills Pentecostal Holiness Church 5855 Rockfish Rd. Hope Mills, N.C.
