Thenia Kinsauls Heintzleman, 86, Fayetteville, NC, passed away February 26, 2017 at Gates House Assisted Living Facility, Gatesville, NC.

Mrs. Heintzleman was born in Fayetteville, NC on August 13, 1930 and was the daughter of the late Archie Tate Kinsauls and Maggie Bowden Kinsauls. She had retired from Cape Fear Valley Hospital as Patient Relations Coordinator.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Edward Heintzleman, Sr. and a son, William Edward Heintzleman, Jr.

Surviving are two children, a daughter, Mary Heintzleman Wemple of Edenton, NC and a son Robert Allen Heintzleman and daughter-in-law Yvonne Walley Heintzleman of Lillington, NC, three sisters, Dorothy Jean Kinsauls, Benson, NC, Estelle West, Fayetteville, NC and Bronnie Jean Antinori Fayetteville, NC, two granddaughters, Kathryn Michele Wemple and Melanie Anne Wemple, and one grandson, Logan Heintzleman and four great-grandchildren, Jacob Tynch, Hunt Tynch, Camdyn Forehand and Cooper Forehand.

Graveside services Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in Lafayette Memorial Park.
