Theresa E. Quick-Tabarez FAYETTEVILLE - Ms. Theresa Elaine Quick-Tabarez, 52, of Fayetteville, died Monday, Sept. 14, 2009, in her residence. Theresa was a speech pathologist with Carolina Therapy Services. She also volunteered to provide and direct training for students of the University of North Carolina Speech Pathology program. She was also a very active member of Sandalwood Inc. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009, at 4 p.m. in Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home chapel in Fayetteville with the Rev. Joy Pruett officiating. She is survived by a sister, Karen Pruett and husband Rick of Sugar Hill, Ga.; two brothers, Mike Quick and wife Denise of Edmund, Okla., and Ken Quick of Bethany, Okla.; two nephews, Richard and David Pruett; and a niece, Kelly Gorton.
