FAYETTEVILLE- Thomas Andrew Bill, Also known as Andrew, passed away Friday March 17th, 2012 in Linden, at the age of 34. Andrew was born August 20th, 1977 in Cumberland County, to two wonderful Parents, Thomas W. Bill, & at the time, Jennifer Bill.
Andrew worked as a well driller, at Bill's Well Drilling; a family owned company that originally was started by his late grandfather Nurman Bill, over fifty years ago. Andrew loved his job, and enjoyed learning new things from his father and his late grandfather, when he was younger.
Andrew was a remarkable man; he lived by his lord and savior, his family, his friends and his community. He loved his family more than anything. Andrews wife Crystal, two children, Payton and Joey, were his world; he had always said that Jesus, his wife, and kids were the glue that held him together. Andrews's grandparents were also a big part of his life. Andrews's grandparents, Mary Bill, Donald Creech & Rose Creech were his inspiration; to work hard, love his family abundantly, and above all have faith in the lord.
Andrew loved fishing; which he had always said, "he inherited the love for fishing from his Papa (Nurman)." Give Andrew a fishing pole and some water and he was the happiest man alive.
Andrew is survived by his wife Crystal, which was the love of his life. They were almost married one year, but it took 33 years for them to find one another; he is also survived by his beautiful, intelligent, 8 year old daughter Payton, his 2 year old step son Joey, who has also been very blessed to have a father like Andrew. Andrew had said he was a very lucky person to have had two sets of parents; Thomas W. & Debrorah S. Bill and Jennifer & Gary Keyes. Andrew also was survived by his sister Stacia Bill, nephew Jason Bill & the rest of the large extended family who loved him very much. The lord has lead Andrew home, to be with his Papa Nurman and his brother Jason Bill in heaven, they were waiting with fishing poles in hand.
