Thurman Johnson, Jr., 71, of Fayetteville, died Sunday, October 22, 2006, in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Mr. Johnson was a navy veteran and a retired landscaper. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 25, at 2:00 pm in the Jernigan Warren Chapel. The burial will follow at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Dunn, NC. Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife, Audrey of the home; two daughters, Annie Johnson and Kimberly Johnson; two sons, Richard Johnson and Junior Johnson; and three grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
