Timothy Palmer Timothy Foster Palmer, 47, a resident of Fayetteville, NC for 30 years, died there March 12 after a year-long battle with colon cancer. He was born 20 October 1964 in Albert Lea, MN, the first son of Tim and Eloise Palmer of Annapolis. He graduated from Seneca Valley High School,and served as a Sgt. with the 82nd Airborne, 504th Infantry, U.S. Army. He was an electrician/foreman with Starr Electric in Fayetteville since 1988. His interests included NASCAR, bowling, shooting and most sports, especially football. He is survived by his parents; son, Bryce of Fayetteville; brother, JB Palmer of Nolensville, TN; and sister, Jennifer Ballenger of Alexandria, VA. He will be interred Friday June 8, 2012 at 2pm at Sandhills VA Cemetery, Spring Lake, NC. A memorial service was held at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home, Fayetteville. In lieu of flowers,a memorial donation in the name of Timothy F. Palmer may be made to Cape Fear Valley Health Foundation, Friends of the Cancer Center, 101 Robeson St., Ste 106, Fayetteville, NC 28301; or Carrol S.
