Fayetteville, N.C. Troy V. Willoughby, 81, of 4714 Watauga Rd. died Thursday, January 3, 2013 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. He was born June 15, 1931 in Burlington, to Thomas Leslie Willoughby & Sadie Way Willoughby. He was an Air Force Veteran. Mr. Willoughby was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Tommy Willoughby. Funeral Services will be held Monday, January 7, 2013 at St. Matthews United Methodist Church with burial following in Cumberland Memorial Gardens. Surviving: wife- Betty S. Willoughby, son, T. Vaughn Willoughby, Jr. and wife Amy, daughter, Betty "Bette" W. Britt and husband Mark, stepson, Stanley Jordan and Stepdaughter, Pamela Jordan, brother, Jimmy Willoughby and wife Kay and grandchildren Heather and George Willoughby, Jonathan, Sarah and Logan Britt.
