Ury Max Marcus, 67 of Fayetteville passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at his residence.

Ury was born on March 13, 1953 in Long Island, NY to the late Josephine Oliver. He was an Army Veteran and served with the Special Forces. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service where he was a mailman.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

Ury was preceded in death by his sister, Enid Sosna.

He is survived by his daughter, Kaci Robertson and husband Josh; son, Ury Max Marcus, Jr.; the mother of his children, Kathy Marcus; sisters, Ingrid Reeves and Dee Khole; brothers, Wally Marcus and Frank Marcus; grandchildren, Kinley, Ezra and Amelia Robertson; special companion, Carol Ortiz.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society
