Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 from 2pm to 3pm at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service in Jernigan-Warren Chapel at 3pm. Graveside service with be held on Friday, July 11, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Saint James Episcopal Church Cemetery in St. James Long Island, New York.
