William David Bedsole, 67, of Fayetteville, died Thursday, January 29, 2009, in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Mr. Bedsole was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother and a loyal friend to everyone. He was the owner of Cheers Too and the former co-owner of Owen's Florist. Mr. Bedsole was preceded in death by his parents, Louis Pugh and Ottis J. Bedsole. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm Sunday, February 1, 2009, in Jernigan Warren Chapel with Roger Bedsole and Pastor Charlie Bedsole officiating. Entombment will follow at LaFayette Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Saturday, January 31, 2009, at Jernigan Warren. Mr. Bedsole is survived by his wife, Gayle Bedsole of the home; daughters, Pam B. Pollcok and husband Rob of Fayetteville, and Jennifer B. Brookhouse and husband Deryck of Harker Heights, Texas; brother, Carlton Bedsole and wife Helen of Danville, Va.; grandchildren, Katelyn and Brandon Pollock, and Ellie and Ava Brookhouse; and his beloved puppy, Holly.
