Mr. Wallace Brock Pittman, 61 of Fayetteville passed away on Monday, January 28, 2013 in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was a retired employee with Goodyear Tire after 30 years. Wallace loved deer and turkey hunting, Tarheel basketball, riding four wheels, tuna fishing, his beloved dogs Dale and Bubba and his pride and joy his daughter Jennifer. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in Jernigan-Warren Chapel with Rev.Larry Zaky, officiating. The family will receive friends at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home on Thursday, January 31, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Brock Family Cemetery in Rose Hill, N.C. Wallace is survived by his wife Dixie Jarvis Pittman of the home, daughter Jennifer Marie Pittman of the home, brothers Charley Williams and wife Dianne of Oakdale, CN., Fred W. Pittman and wife Barbara of Mint Hill, N.C., Clyde S. Pittman of Shelby. He was preceded in death by his father Fred W. Pittman and mother Laura Pittman Lewis and half sister Marianna Lewis.
