Obituary

Captain Warren G. Kluttz, Jr., age 58, of Charleston, SC, passed away doing what he loved best on Friday, December 16, 2011 near the Bahamas. Warren was born December 16, 1953, in Greenville, SC, son of the late Warren G. Kluttz and the late Mae Mckeithan Kluttz. He was a merchant marine officer and spent many years sports-fishing and yachting along the East Coast, British Virgin Islands, Caribbean, and countries abroad. He enjoyed living life to the fullest with his family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Natalie Marques Kluttz of Charleston, daughter and son-in-law Angela and William Fulton of Atlanta, daughter April Kluttz of Atlanta, daughter and son Samantha Kluttz and Warren G. Kluttz III of Charleston, granddaughter Skylar Reese Fulton, sisters Sheila Sylvester of Jacksonville, NC, the late Delores Roehl and her husband Noel Roehl, sister and brother-in-law Sandra Anderson and General E.R. Anderson retired, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, December 21, 2011, from to 6 to 8 pm, at St. Joseph's Church, 1695 Raoul Wallenberg Boulevard, Charleston, SC 29407. A prayer service will be held at the conclusion of the visitation. Graveside services will be held at Cumberland Memorial Gardens, in Fayetteville NC, on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at 2:00 pm. Funeral arrangements are handled by Jernigan Warren Funeral Home, 545 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301.
