Mrs. Wendy Ruth Rytting Lysek, 70, of Fayetteville, NC, died Monday, April 3, 2023.

Wendy was born November 22, 1952, in Milwaukee, WI, to the late Floyd and Florence Rytting.  She was a homemaker and very creative person. She loved sewing clothes for family and friends. Baking was a big hobby of hers, from cookies and cakes to lollipops and popcorn, she loved making fun treats. Wendy loved to shop and collect as well. Clocks were her favorite to collect. Wendy was a very giving and caring person. She would give anyone the shirt off her back if they needed.

Wendy is survived by her husband, Michael Lysek; her daughter, Michele McCullough ( William Stebbins); her son, Timothy  Parker Lysek ( Bobby Joe Hunt Parker); and grandkids Kristin, Justin, Trever, Kelsey, Timmy, Kenston & Poppy.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 7, 2023, at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home.
