Mr. William Russell "Bill" Roe, Jr., 57, of Fayetteville, died Sunday, April 13, 2014. Bill was a graduate of Maranatha Bible College and had served in the US Navy. He was a member of Village Baptist Church and he was currently employed with Datrose. Memorial services will be held Wednesday evening at 6 pm in Village Baptist Church with Dr. Bruce Martin presiding. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5 to 6 in the Fireside Room. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Roe of the home; his mother, Virginia Roe of the home; 2 sons, William Russell Roe, III. of Virginia Beach and Andrew Roe of Greensboro; 2 daughters, Holly Roe of Virginia Beach and Cherie Dawn Roe of Virginia Beach; and 1 grandchild, Celeste.
