William C. "Billy" Devane, 85, of Fayetteville, died Saturday, March 31, 2018.

Billy was a veteran of the U.S. Army, was retired from National Linen Service and was a member of Peace Presbyterian Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Currie and Gevena Dunham Devane.

Surviving are his wife of 60 years, Grace Jackson Devane; son, Craig Devane and wife Angela; daughter, Lori D. Davis and husband Buddy; sister, Jeannette Fergerson; 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchilden

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 12 noon at Peace Presbyterian Church, burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park with military honors. The family will receive friends from 11-12 prior to the service at the Church.
