William Coleman "Cole" Humphrey, 17 of 4537 Hummingbird Place, Fayetteville, died, Friday, April 5, 2013. Cole was 1st Team All Conference Wide Receiver and Starter for the Varsity Baseball team at Cape Fear High School, where he was also a member of the Beta Club and the FFA. He was a member of Stedman Pentecostal Holiness Church and the Encounter Student Ministries where he served on the Leadership Team. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Stedman Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Greg Dixon officiating, burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park Surviving are his Parents, James Grantham "Chip" Humphrey, Jr. and Jana Ellis Humphrey, brother, McRae Humphrey, grandparents, Larry and Ann Ellis, Auley and Carol McDuffie and Uncle, Chris Humphrey.
