William Roy Fish, 70, of Fayetteville passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at his home with his beloved family by his side.

Roy was born August 12, 1952 in Clarkston, Washington to the late Catherine and T.J. Willmuth.

Roy was a Retired Master Sergeant with the US Army. He was a longtime leader in the Boy Scouts of America.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at 1:00 PM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints.

Roy is survived by his wife, Judy Fish; sons, Kevin Fish (Moira), Tim Fish (Michelle); brothers, Mike, Tim, and Tom Willmuth; sisters, Deanna McNair, Terry Laney; grandchildren, Josh, Dylan, Dakota, Kaden, Adeline, Shyneice, Elijah, and  Tryston.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Boy Scouts of America.
