William Christopher Humphrey, 33, of Lake Waccamaw, formerly of Fayetteville, passed to meet his Lord and Savior Jesus, Friday April 27, 2018.

He was Operations Manager at JGH Inc.

From every summer at Lake Waccamaw, he grew up loving all things the water offered. He was an avid wake boarder and was like a fish in the water. He loved his lake home and was close with his friends there, enjoyed cooking out, and having special gatherings. He loved riding his Harley and enjoying concerts with Amy and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Humphrey.

Left to cherish his precious memories are his mother, Carol Humphrey McDuffie, step-father Auley McDuffie; brother Chip Humphrey, wife Jana; nephew McRae Humphrey; his love Amy Parrish; his Basset Hound, Fred, and Pug, Nook.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM, Tuesday May 1, 2018 at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home. On Wednesday May 2, 2018 at 11 AM, we will have a celebration of his life at Macedonia Baptist Church by Pastor Stephen Lloyd. Burial will follow in church cemetery.
