William Lee Ramsey, Jr., 66, succumbed to cancer on May 23, 2010. Bill died surrounded by family and friends. A lifelong resident of Fayetteville, Bill was a graduate of Randolph Macon Military Academy in Fort Royal, Virginia and Chowan College in Murfreesboro, North Carolina. He was a member of Highland Country Club where his parents were charter members. Bill was Office Manager of Quinn and Miller Furniture Company in Fayetteville. Since 1970 he had a successful career as manager of his properties. Bill was known for his gregarious personality and sporty cars. He will always be remembered for his generous spirit and joke of the day. Bill was predeceased by his parents, Dorothy Miller Ramsey and William Lee Ramsey Sr., of Fayetteville. He is survived by one aunt, Hazel Peden Miller, of Charlotte, N.C. and numerous cousins and friends.
