FAYETTEVILLE - William Robert Bobby Tillman, 80 of Fayetteville passed away on Monday, November 16, 2015 in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Bobby was born on January 18, 1935 in Cumberland County, N.C. to the late Elizabeth Gillis and William Rush Tillman. He was an Army veteran and a retired Fort Bragg fireman. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. in Jernigan-Warren Chapel with Rev. Rick McDuffie, officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, November 19, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. He is survived by a son, Robert Keith Tillman and wife Rowena Sue of Fayetteville; daughter, Wendy Tillman of Fayetteville; brother, James Tillman of Winston-Salem; sister, Rebecca Pritchard and husband Steve of Fayetteville; grandson, Nathan Boyles of Fayetteville and beloved cat, Simon.
