Mrs. Wilma B. Holsborg Langevin, 69, of Fayetteville, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, June 13, 2008. Mrs. Langevin retired from civil service after 30 years. She was a loving, thoughtful, caring and unselfish wife, mother and grandmother. She will be missed dearly by all and never forgotten. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alpherie A. Langevin. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight, June 18, 2008, at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home in Fayetteville. A graveside service will be held Thursday, June 19, 2008, at 10 a.m. in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake. Mrs. Langevin is survived by her sons, Martin Langevin and wife Pam of Fayetteville, and George Langevin Sr. of Fayetteville; a daughter, Irene Kantor of Fayetteville; three brothers, Arthur, Larry and Barton Holsborg; grandchildren, Sarah Langevin of Tampa, Fla., Shannon Langevin, George Langevin Jr. and Alex Langevin, all of Fayetteville, Michael Kantor Jr. of Conway, S.C., and Christy Marineau of Georgia; and a stepgranddaughter, Peyton Paulson of Fayetteville.
