FAYETTEVILLE - Wilson Goins, 89, of Fayetteville, died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2010, in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 24, 2010, in Seminole Holiness Church with the Rev. Stoney Locklear and the Rev. Jerry Groves officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight, Jan. 23, 2010, at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home in Fayetteville. Mr. Goins was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Nellie G. Goins. He is survived by his daughters, Bessie Bogner of Fayetteville, Nellie Torres and husband Manuel of Aberdeen, Md., Pearl Montoya of Denver, Colo., Marylean Garcia and husband Dolman of Weehawken, N.J., and Shirleen Graham and husband David of Palm Dale, Calif.; son, Woodrow W. Goins of Fayetteville; 16 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. Services entrusted to Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home of Fayetteville.
