Annie Teague Warren

Annie Teague Warren, 83, of Fayetteville, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at the home of her daughter in Sanford. 

Annie was born in Alamance County on January 3, 1941, to the late Larkin Jewel Teague and Johnsie Nicholson Henry Teague.

She worked in banking for over 30 years before retiring. She loved dancing, reading, taking trips, putting puzzles together and working on crossword puzzles. In past years, Annie was heavily involved with the Fayetteville Christian Women’s Club as well as volunteering at Snyder Memorial Baptist Church where she was a member.

The family will receive friends from 11:30-12:30 on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home.  A private family graveside service will follow.

In addition to her parents, Annie was preceded in death by her husband, Harold K. Warren and her sister, Dorothy Chambers.

She is survived by her daughter, Dawn R. Nestor and husband David; son, Raymond D. Culbreth, Jr and wife Heather; sister, Faye Caynor; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
