Charles Leon Byrd

Mr. Charles Leon Byrd, 75, went to be with his Lord and Savior on January 14, 2025. 

He is preceded in death by his wife Donna Byrd; his parents Wilbert and Helen Byrd; sister Shirley Leviner; and brother Rudolph Byrd. 

He is survived by his daughter Leonna Davis (Dax); son Travis Byrd (Danielle); grandchildren Brock and Henry Davis, Mercy Byrd, Tyler McFayden, Nina McFayden, and Brook McFayden; sisters Ellen Slappe, Pat Kriner, and Juanita Schoeffner (Charles); 5 nieces; 7 nephews; 10 great-nieces; and 11 great nephews. 

A memorial service will be held Sunday, March 30, 2025 at 3 P.M. at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
