Cynthia Stella Mietkiewicz Pietrzyk, 69, of Fayetteville, passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2021, at her residence.
Cynthia was born on February 3, 1952, in Chicago, Illinois to the late Walter and Sophie Lubas Mietkiewicz.
A private service will be held.
She is survived by her husband, Ken Pietrzyk; sister, Grace Litwicki and several nieces and nephews.
