Frances "Pat" Arnette Obituary

Ms. Frances “Pat” Arnette, 86, of Fayetteville, NC, died Thursday, March 31, 2022, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Ms. Arnette was born April 2, 1935, in Cumberland County, NC, to the late Oscar Brooke Martin and Bessie Anderson Martin.  She was a retired teacher assistant with the Cumberland County School System.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph Bobby Arnette and a daughter, Glenda Darlene Hudson. 

Ms. Arnette is survived by two daughters, Sharlene Arnette Lee and Wendy Sheryl McGee (Rick); five grandchildren, Amanda Hudson Allen (Tyler), Dana Christian Lee, Rachel Elizabeth Lee, Zachary Richard “Zac” McGee, and Alexander Richard “Zander” McGee; two great-grandchildren, Isabel Darlene Allen and Evelyn Marie Allen. 

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home.  A funeral service will be conducted in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m.  Burial will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park.
