Gary Robert “Wolf” Shaver, 61, of Fayetteville died Sunday, September 9, 2018 at his residence.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home, with the Rev. Floyd Benfield officiating. The family will receive friends following the memorial service.

Gary was preceded in death by his father William C. Shaver; mother, Dortha Knapp Shaver; sister, Susan Shaver; brother, Bill Shaver, Jr.

He is survived by his sister, Carol Shaver; cousin, Paul Wieland; several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews; and his fury friend, Little Red.
