Isabelle (Perry) Westmoreland

Isabelle P. Westmoreland, 85, of Fayetteville, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2026.

She was born in Eagle, West Virginia, to the late Fredrick and Mabel Perry. Isabelle shared 65 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Eddie, who preceded her in death. Together, they enjoyed traveling throughout Europe and many other destinations, creating a lifetime of cherished memories.

In her free time, Isabelle found joy in reading and drawing, pursuits that reflected her creativity and quiet appreciation for life’s simple pleasures.

She is survived by her children: Eddie Westmoreland Jr. (Tarsha), William Westmoreland (Sherrie), Angela McLean (Robert), Traci Rupert (David), and Anthony Westmoreland; sister in-law, Sue Horton as well as 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Isabelle was preceded in death by her parents.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the children’s ministry at Beauty Spot Missionary Baptist Church, 7572 Raeford Road, Fayetteville, NC 28304.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m., at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Sandhills State Veteran Cemetery next to her husband at a later date.
