They welcomed the birth of their son, Joshua, in 1992 and their daughter, Kaitlin, in 1999. After retiring from the military, Jim began a long and successful civil service career focused on information systems. He excelled in his roles within the Network Monitoring Branch, Customer Management Branch, and Operations Cell, all culminating in his final post and role as Chief, Hosting and Hoteling Branch of the Network Enterprise Center. Jim was a devoted father, husband, brother, and friend to all who knew him.
Jim is preceded in death by his father, Charley Depew; his mother, MaryLee Clark; his stepfather, Robert Clark; and his brother, Mark Depew.
