James Robert Terry

Mr. James (Jim) Robert Terry, 89, of Fayetteville, NC died Monday, July 14, 2025, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

He spent 20 years in the United States Army, retiring at the rank of Master Sergeant. He then served as a District Manager for 20 more year with Boddie-Noell Enterprises.

Jim was preceded in death by his wife of 50+ years, Anna Terry, and is survived by his daughter, Anna Terry; sons, Michael Terry and wife Stephanie, Jonathan Terry and wife Andrea; grandchildren, Michelle, Josh, Krystal, McKenzie, Daniel, Jadyn, and Chase; and great grandchildren, Angelina, Bethany, Oliver, Emma, Emily, Cooper, Elliott, and Emmet; great, great grandchild Asher.

The family will receive friends Sunday, July 20, 2025 from 5pm-7pm at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Monday July 21, 2025 at 12pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow services at Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
