JoLynn Denham McDonald, 49, passed away on February 20, 2021, surrounded by her family in her home. Her battle with Ovarian Cancer was inspiring and her faith was unwavering.
JoLynn was born in Fayetteville, NC on July 9, 1971. She was a substitute teacher at Alma Easom and Vanstory Elementary.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Charlene Denham and her father-in-law William Charles McDonald.
JoLynn is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Chad McDonald. Cherishing her memory are her three precious children, Chad, Nick and Lilly. She is also survived by her father, Bobby Denham; mother-in-law, Shelby McDonald; sisters, Dawn Denham and Kelly Denham Marsh (husband Billy Marsh). Her sisters were her best friends. Brother-in-law, Keith McDonald (wife Mary Pat); and sister-in-law, Amy Edge (husband Jeffrey). She also had many special nieces and nephews; Samantha Aurty (husband Bobby),Taylor Horne (husband Tyler), Natalie Pearce (husband JP), Will Marsh, Jake McDonald, Rachel McDonald, Melanie Edge, and Justin Edge; great nephew, Max Autry; great nieces, Tinley Horne and Charlie Grace Autry; and special neighbors, Todd and Kim Walker.
A visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, February 24,2021 at 10:30 am followed by a Celebration of Life at 12:00 pm at Village Baptist Church in Fayetteville, NC with Mark Knight officiating. A private burial in Lafayette Memorial Park.
