John Thomas Singer, Jr.

John Thomas Singer, Jr., 56, of Fayetteville, NC, died at 12:20 Saturday, May 24, 2025, of cancer at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.

John was born May 22, 1969 to John and Jean Singer on Guam, US Naval Air Station.

He was a hard and responsible worker.  He worked as a guard at a nursing home in Southern Pines and as a supervisor and driver at Marco’s Pizza in Spring Lake.  He had an Associate Degree in Criminology and loved to deer hunt.

He is survived by his parents, John and Jean Singer; his wife of 15 years, Gloria and two step-daughters from Panama, Windy and Alexander; granddaughter, Addison; several step-grandchildren; brother, Christopher Singer; and two dogs, Luna and Rampage.

No public services are planned.
