Lougenia “Lou” London Wagner, 70 of Fayetteville passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at her residence with her family by her side.
Lou was born on January 30, 1950 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Datha London and Hazel Willis London. She was Deputy Director of Information Services for Cumberland County where she retired in 2013. She was the first female Director of Information Services of Alamac a division of Westpoint Pepperell Textile Co. and was a Board Member of Agnus Dei Lutheran Orthodox Church.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Wagner; daughters, Meredith Homlotis (Brad) and Rebecca Butcher (Dustin); Son, Adam Jackson; brother, Datha Gary London (Lucy); grandchildren, Emily Homlotis, Joseph Homlotis, Reagan Butcher and Abigail Butcher.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 7 p.m. at Jernigan-Warren Chapel with the Rev. Jessica Johnson officiating and also a Service Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 3 pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel with a Private burial in Cleveland Memorial Park.
