Mary Jordan Obituary

Mrs. Mary Goldston Jordan, 89, of Fayetteville, NC, died Saturday, January 7, 2023, at the Sampson Regional Medical Center.

Mary was born in Goldston, NC, to the late Joseph Baxter Goldston, Sr and Emma Jane Copeland Goldston.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Jordan and her daughter, Julie Jordan. 

Mary is survived by her constant companion, Sugar; her daughter, Janet Warren and husband Richard; her son, Charles Jordan and wife Julie; grandchildren, Nathaniel and wife Tori, Meredith and husband Isaac, and Ethan and wife Becky; great-grandchildren, Nolan, Eli, Stella, Cal, and Emmett; beloved nieces and nephews; and many precious friends. 

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 12, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m., at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home, with a funeral service beginning at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.  Burial will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park, 2301 Ramsey St., Fayetteville, NC 28301.
