Russell C. Farmer, 91, passed away on February 12th, 2026. Russell was born in Tway Hollow, KY and attended Hall High School. He is preceded in death by his parents Lee & Nell Farmer, his adoptive parents Russ & Ola Collins, his brother Dwain Farmer, and his sisters Patricia (Pat) Josephs & Mary (Jibby) Chambers. He is survived by his wife Chun Ok Farmer, sons Robert & Dennis, and daughter Sherry.
