Santos Pena

Mr. Santos Pena, 90, of Fayetteville, NC, died Thursday, September 1, 2022, at his residence.

Santos was born September 24, 1931, in Puerto Rico, to the late Jose and Benera Paula Alvarado Pena.  He served in the US Army and retired as an automobile body shop technician.  Santos was a member of St. Matthews United Methodist Church.  He was preceded in death by his wife Hilda Pena and daughter Rosalba Pena.    

Santos is survived by two sons, Jose Pena, and Joseph R. Pena; and several nieces and nephews. 

A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, in the Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Fort Bragg.  The family will receive friends beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday until the hour of the service, at the funeral home.
