Victoria Estelle (Simkin) NeSmith

Victoria Estelle Simkin NeSmith, 44, of Fayetteville passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025. 

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Brooklynne Denise NeSmith.

Although she would never admit to such, Tori was an amazing musician. She was at the top of her class serving as first chair flute and piccolo. She also received the Harlan Duenow Young Artist Concerto Competition and Scholarship Award. She was known as a very kind and loving person.

Tori is loved tremendously and is already missed by so many.

Leaving behind to cherish her memory are her parents, Howard and Karen Simkin; daughters Raegan NeSmith, Keira NeSmith, and Abigayle NeSmith; and a son, Quentin Jayce NeSmith; sisters Leah Simkin, Caitlyn Abear (Colin), and Emma Simkin; maternal grandmother Shirley Thompson; Aunts Barbara Simkin and Janis Matastasio (Donald); Uncle Alan Simkin (Marcia); cousins Lauren Matastasio, Jennifer Walts, Frank Simkin, and Sam Simkin as well as seven nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at 1:00pm on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home with a memorial service at 2:00pm in the funeral home chapel.
