Wanda June Smith Stover, 77 of Fayetteville, passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her family.
Wanda was born on May 8, 1943 in Central City, Kentucky to the late Hubert “Juicey” M. Smith and Margaret Howell Smith. She worked through the years in food service managing various restaurants and convenient stores.
Wanda was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 5 p.m. at Jernigan-Warren Chapel. Chaplains Susan and Robert Nolley will be officiating. A reception will be held following the service at the funeral home.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Wallace D. Smith and sister-in-law, Fayetta Smith.
Surviving are her sons, Robert M. Stover (Melanie), Kenneth W. Stover (Laura), Deborah Renae Stover Nixon (Bryan); sister, Sandra Smith Rurney (Steve); grandchildren, Sherry Marie Stover Tillery (Antwon), Brittany Krystle Nixon (J Stempin), Kenneth Richard Stover (Kristal), Michael Zachery Stover (Alexandra Williams), Bryan McKenzie Nixon, Charles Tyler Stover, Austin Kyle Stover (Madison Miles), and 10 great grandchildren.
